Returns and Exchanges

Our team is dedicated to running quality checks on each and every item that leaves our premises.

Our Return and Exchange Policy in short

  • Drop us an email at hello@evercasa.co with your order information (attached with a screenshot of your digital purchase invoice), image proof of the defect(s), with a detailed description of the incident, and your preferred item(s) to be exchanged with within 7 days of receiving your items.
  • Your request will be processed and responded to within 1 - 3 working days.
  • More details on the issue may be required, thus, it would be advisable to get in touch with us right away. Once your request has been approved, all delivery details are solely handled by customer. We do not hold any responsibility on delivery details for returns/exchanges.
  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) at our warehouse, your exchangeable item(s) will be processed for delivery to your designated address.
  • You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • Your return product must be in new condition.

Return and Exchanges Policy

For returns and exchanges, the consumer controls all delivery aspects and details. At the complaint, the customer contacts EVERCASA and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. Returns are subject to successful approval.

Return Conditions
You can return the product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and please provide us with a tracking number. EVERCASA suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

EVERCASA does not accept refunds. However you may exchange your purchased item(s) for alternative products of equal or lower value. The appropriate exchange value would be between the final amount paid at check out (after discounts and vouchers have been applied) and the current price stated for the desired product(s) at the time of request. Any discrepancies in value will not be refunded.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. We do not replace lost packages.

Exceptions
EVERCASA does not accept exchanges for change of mind. Any discrepancies in colour are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.

Note: All orders are only eligible for a one-time refund or exchange. For all refunds and exchanges, all items must be in their original received condition and packaging.
