Summary of Wall Decal Instructions

    • Our decals are made with a unique glue technology that leaves no sticky residue on 99% of surfaces.

    • Our decals come in fabric material with a matte finish, and printed with high quality water based inks.

    • All decals are individually cut, removable, and reusable.

    • Make sure walls are clean before sticking our designs on!

    • Simple peel and stick design to transform walls in a matter of minutes

    • For decal maintenance: To clean, rinse under a gentle stream of water, then gently dab and wipe the non-sticky surface. Finish by using a hair dryer to dry both sides.

    • For best result do not use on textured walls and/or walls with multiple coats of paint.

    • Please avoid using decals on dry walls or temporary partition walls.
    • To find out if your walls are dry or temporary partition walls, gently knock on the middle of the wall. If you hear a hollow sound, it is likely a dry or temporary parition wall.

1. Where to place your decals

You can use our fabric decals on any smooth, flat surface (except dry or temporary partition walls). Flat surfaces include mirrors, glass, etc... They can be applied, removed and reused. If your walls have been freshly painted, please leave a minimum of 30 days drying time before placing decals on the wall.

2. Testing & Preparations

We suggest you test a small area prior to full application. If you find any issue (wall damage or the decals won’t stick) please contact us prior to full application. These issues aren’t caused by the decals and we can give you advice on how to correct before use.

3. Cleaning the surface is key

Before applying your decals, ensure that you have thoroughly cleaned the area you wish to apply them to. Take a clean damp cloth and wipe over the surface, and wait for surface to dry before sticking the decals. Any dirt or dust on the surface will make it harder for the decals to work.

4. Now, design your new space!

This is the fun part! Because our decals are removable and reusable, you can play around with different designs on your chosen surface! Always have fun.

5. The real deal

Ok, let’s get your favourite decals up on your chosen surface! (If you have a large set of decals a second pair of hands might be useful!) Slowly and carefully peel your decals away from the backing sheet. When placing on the wall, lay down one side of the decal and use a clean hand to rub along the decal so that it has full contact with the surface. Easy!

6. Opps!

If you didn’t get it right the first time it’s not a problem! Our decals are removable, repositionable, and reusable! You can simply lift the decal off from the wall, and repeat step 5!

7. Bubbles & layers

If you find any bubbles beneath the decal after you have applied them they can simply be worked out by softly rubbing the bubble toward the edge. Your decals can also be layered on top of each other!

8. Decal Removal

If you need to take your decals down or move them, carefully lift one corner and peel slowly away from the wall. Do not dispose of the backing sheet! They can be used when you need to remove and store the decals for future use again. This includes other packaging, like the envelope or paper box.

9. Things to watch out for!

  • Not all walls are created equal. While we pride ourselves on bringing you the kindest decals on the market, we are not responsible if paintwork isn’t adequately prepped or is in decline, you may get some damage to your surface with use.

  • All decals need maintenance and cleaning. To clean, rinse under a gentle stream of water, then gently dab and wipe the non-sticky surface. Finish by using a hair dryer to dry both sides. If your decals become dirty they will start to lose their stick.

Please make sure you keep them clean at all times!
