All set to make your purchase? Currently, we accept payments via Credit card (VISA / MasterCard).

Delivery fees are included at the end of the payment process, so go ahead and check out your Cart when you're ready!

*Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, delays in delivery time may be expected. We seek your kind understanding during this time.

Once you've placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Your order will be processed within 2 - 3 working days upon confirmation, and sent via courier.

For Singapore Orders

A flat fee of SGD4.50 will be charged and delivered to you within 4 - 5 business days in addition to production lead time. Self collection available upon request, please email us at hello@evercasa.co to make arrangements. Re-delivery fee will be charged at SGD 4.50 per trip.

To ensure that your items reach you safely, all fragile items are bubble wrapped and are packed compactly in double-walled boxes. Parcels will also be delivered to your doorstep, so don't forget to include all necessary details pertaining to your delivery address!

Flat delivery rates are applicable for orders to be delivered within Singapore.

Local Shipping (4 - 5 working days) | SGD 4.50

Deliveries will be made between 9am - 10pm (GMT+8) daily, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

International Shipping (Non-Singapore Countries)

Will I be charged for duties and taxes?

The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be incurred at and determined by your local customs.

Should you refuse your shipment to avoid duties and taxes, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order, issue a refund in cash or store credits or pay for the tax in order for you to receive your package. You will also be responsible for all re-delivery of your orders due to this refusal.
